Unlike many companies in our industry, we have absolute policy to not accept kickbacks, rebates, or commissions from vendors. This ensures our incentives align 100% with our clients’ interests. It is unfortunately quite common in our industry to advertise very low margins but offer highly inflated “factory prices,” prioritizing their own hidden profit over the client’s benefit.

Our policy of not accepting commissions or rebates from vendors is just one part showing that our company is built for long-term, mutually beneficial customer relationships—not quick profits.

Our pricing model is fair, competitive, and straightforward and based solely on the value we provide to our clients.
We have absolute policy of not accepting any money or compensation from vendors, ensuring that all our efforts go toward securing the best outcomes for you.

Typically, we charge 6%-9% of the factory price, calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on project size, complexity, and customer requirements.

Thanks to our expertise and network, we are usually able to secure much better prices than our customers have achieved on their own.

For our long-term, continuous customers, we offer an alternative pricing model where they pay us a standard fee for all the Buying Office staff they use, allowing us to agree to smaller margins, averaging between 4-6%. 2. Sourcing and quoting:
We pre-select and vet manufacturers, request multiple quotations from top industry players, negotiate the best deals, and present the most competitive options to you.

3. Factory visits and sampling:
We visit factories and produce samples to ensure their capabilities, compliance, and quality standards align with your expectations.

4. Monitoring manufacturing:
We oversee the production process to ensure consistency, quality and ensure there are no compliance issues.

5. Quality inspections:
We conduct thorough inspections to guarantee product quality before shipment.

6. Reporting at every stage:
We provide detailed reports throughout the process, ensuring you have full knowledge and control, just as if we were your in-house sourcing office.

Can you manage quality inspections and logistics?

Yes, we handle end-to-end quality assurance and logistics coordination with comprehensive reporting.

The inspections and quality control measures are always tailored for each product, material and project requirements. Typically inspections include visual inspections, material inspections, laboratory testing and other quality assuring measures.

While we are not a freight forwarder or logistics company, we work with trusted partners globally. Around 50% of our projects involve EXW or FOB shipping terms (goods are handed to your logistics provider in Asia), while the other half involves CIF, CFR (delivered to your port) or similar shipping terms.
We ensure every detail, from quality inspections to shipping arrangements, is managed with precision.

How do you select suppliers for your clients?

For the initial sourcing and quoting process, we vet suppliers based on multiple criteria, including:

• Manufacturing capacity and industry expertise

• Certifications and compliance with required standards

• Willingness to allow us to conduct our own quality control and monitoring

• Ability to meet your specific needs and timelines

After vetting suppliers, we request multiple quotes, negotiate the best deals, and provide you the best ones with detailed comparisons to help you make an informed decision.

WWhile we are not a freight forwarder or logistics company, we work with trusted partners globally to offer comprehensive logistics services for our customers.
If you are solely looking for a logistics partner, we recommend discussing your needs with global freight forwarders who operate in your specific area.

In our role offering Buying Office operations,as a service, we act as coordinators and facilitators rather than direct buyers or sellers of products.
This means we cannot assume the role of Importer of Record (IOR), or similar roles.

However, we offer expert logistics coordination on your behalf, mirroring the efficiency and expertise of an in-house procurement team. With our extensive global network of logistics partners, we ensure smooth and reliable handling of goods, from the factory floor to their final destination, providing you with peace of mind and streamlined operations.
